The Commission guide lines

Time frame: Niether Hilary nor I will accept any commission without two months notice, this is to ensure we have enough time to find the correct materials, and also enough time to get the costume shipped. We both work and in Hilary's case go to school on top of commissions, we need the time.
Measurement: We will need a shoulder, bust, waist, hips and inseam measurement for most costumes if more measurements are needed we will let you know. Being honest is best for these, because your costume will be made to the measurements you give us.
Price range: Most of our costumes will range between $100-$200 dollars, a lot of things make up the price, We prefer to use nice fabric that is sturdy, we put in a lot of hours sewing costumes so that they stay together and will be a costume you can enjoy for many conventions. Though some costumes will be less and Some more, thats a basic price range. If you want something huge and detailed count on it costing more.
Fabrics: The type of Fabric we use will greating change from costume to costume, If you would like something a little more Deluxe, please let us know. If your trying to save money we can trying to go the cheapest route possible. Though generally we find the best price for fabric and won't skimp in the quality of the fabric.
Schedule: We have the right to refuse any costume on any basis before construction begins, Meaning if we don't think we can complete the costume you want in a timely fashion, if we think the price will be to great, if we're over booked, or even if we just want a break. We can always say no.
How do I start an order: To start the order process please e-mail us at theladies@cosplaystyle.com with the costume you would like, the character you want and show they're from, when you need it by and at least three good reference pictures. We don't know what you want, if we search the reference picture we might find the wrong person and you'll be sad.
Shipping: We both living in St. Paul MN, we can ship whatever way you like, though for most purposes we'll ship standard FedEx.
